1-2-1 Growth Coaching

Do you want to create significant, positive change in your life this year? If the answer is yes, then a block of 1-2-1 coaching may be just for you. Over the course of 6 months we’ll focus on understanding who you are, where you want to get to, and agree the growth required from you to get there. 

Often we can’t speak to anyone else about our goals or struggles, mainly because most people aren’t interested or they want to give you unsolicited advice because that’s what they did. That’s why I love coaching and have worked with a coach or mentor for the past five years. I create a safe environment that is at it’s core non-advisory to help create growth in individuals, not a co-dependent relationship. With you at the centre of all conversations, I play a supporting role to help you become more self-aware and confident about moving towards the change you want,

What’s more, if you have a mental or physical disability and are in full or part-time work, you could be eligible for complete funding through a Government scheme call Access To Work which you can access by clicking the link.

What can I expect?

  • 6 x 90 minute 1-2-1 coaching sessions either Online via Zoom or in person where possible.

  • Personalised DISC© Personality Profile report that helps you better understand yourself and how to communicate effectively with others
  • Ongoing support from Darren between sessions including accountability check-ins

 Business Growth Coaching

I’m a huge believer in the power of coaching to help empower individuals, help them grow in confidence, and identify with their purpose. The benefits for companies in creating a culture around growth and development for their employees through coaching is equally as powerful.

The Great Resignation of 2022 is here and according to a recent PwC report, one in five employees globally are planning to quit their job this year. However, whilst pay is the main reason cited for quitting, it is not the only factor involved.

Five key factors were identified as critical between employees who were likely to stay or likely to leave their job in the study.

  • find their job fulfilling (-14 percentage points)
  • feel they can be their true self at work (-11 percentage points)
  • feel fairly rewarded financially (-9 percentage points)
  • feel their team cares about them (-9 percentage points)
  • feel that their manager listens to them (-7 percentage points)

With the exception of feeling fairly rewarded financially, coaching can support all of these factors and help individuals to feel fulfilled in the workplace.

Not only that, but coaching can help employees thrive in the workplace by building confidence and empowerment in their respective roles.

With a background in statistics and planning and performance, I bring a unique approach to an area that can sometimes feel lacking in tangible outcomes. True coaching comes from a place of being non-advisory, but that doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be driven by clear outcomes

DISC© Personality Profiling

Communicating effectively within teams can be difficult at the best of times but throw in the fact more of us are working remotely now and it has become even more important to teams and businesses.

Using DISC© Profiling with your team, we will give each member a 15 page detailed report into their dominant behaviours (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Conscientiousness).

In a 3-hour online session they’ll learn how they are likely to react naturally,  in public, and under stress, whilst also recognising how best to recognise and interact with other behaviour types. 

Despite being online, we run an interactive, participative and fun session that leaves teams energised and using DISC language to support their peers and work effectively going forward

*I also integrate DISC into all my 1-2-1 coaching sessions and can include DISC in a One-off strategy session for an additional £100.

What can I expect?

  • A 3 hour fun and interactive training session of up to 15 members of your team, helping them learn about DISC profiling, how they communicate, and how to interact with others more effectively.

One-off Growth Strategy Session

Sometimes all we need is some focussed time to get our plan really clear for our life, business, or property goals. This is for you if you want an intensive, one-off group or individual session where I will help you create a strategy for your life, business, or property investment goals and get you clear on your plan for the next year.

You’ll complete some work ahead of the session that will enable you to then create a powerful vision of where you want to be. You’ll leave with clarity of purpose and the steps you need to get you to where you want to go.

What can I expect?

  • 2 hour intensive individual coaching session helping you to create a strategy for your life, business, or property investments


£150 for a one-off, 2 hour intensive session

Include a DISC© Personality Profiling Session for an extra £100

Reset and Refocus

Online Coaching Programme

This course is for you if you want to re-discover that spark in your life but might not be able to invest in 1-2-1 coaching. You might be lacking motivation about where you are in life or found yourself drifting and just know you want to get back to living the life you want.

Over the online coaching programme, you’ll identify your personal values, create a powerful vision for your future, and develop a clear plan for driving the desired change in your life. You’ll hopefully leave feeling energised, with a real sense of purpose for your future direction.

What can I expect?

  • Access to my Reset and Refocus online course covering the following key components: Understanding Yourself; Creating A Powerful Vision; Mapping Your Path; and Staying On Track.
  • On completion of the course, you’ll also get a 45 minute, 1-2-1 coaching session with myself to help make further sense of the outputs of the course.

Purposeful Property Mastermind

You want to achieve your property goals, but life keeps getting in the way right? What you need is to dedicate some regular, focussed time to keep yourself accountable towards your property goals. 

From raising finance, finding deals, to creating joint ventures, the Purposeful Property Mastermind is a 6 month programme that will help you learn and progress closer to those goals.

What outcomes can I expect?

  • 10 hours of 1-2-1 coaching/mentoring when it suits you. This could be reviewing your strategy and progress, out looking at deals, running numbers, and helping you build the habits of a successful investor.
  • Access to all my templates and processes gained from >£30k in training and creating a multi-million pound portfolio
  • WhatsApp Group with all mastermind members for ongoing support 


£2,250 for 9 months

Property Mentoring

Are you in a  job you want to get out of, or want to turn your passion into your profession?  We‘ve built several property related businesses over the past four years starting out as side-hustles and now own a property portfolio of over £1m, despite starting out with £20k in credit card debt.

Over a minimum 90-day programme of 6 x 120-minute coaching sessions, we’ll get clear on what you want to achieve, why you want it,  and share with you the same templates, strategies, and processes that have enabled us to build a 7 figure portfolio from scratch.

What can I expect?

  • Training lead by Gill or Darren and access to the 6 month group mastermind sessions
  • 6 x 120-minute 1-2-1 coaching sessions
  • Access to our processes and resources including how to assess demand for buy to let; how to find and negotiate properties; how to cost, plan and manage a refurb; and how to raise angel investment finance.
  • Ongoing support from Darren and Gill throughout your mentorship to help you between sessions
